Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).

• Intermediate English proficiency for training and reporting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer assistance for Peugeot, Fiat and Opel via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, technical assistance, and after-sales services.
• Maintain understanding of product specs and brand standards to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
• Process service requests and documentation with precision, ensuring compliance with automotive standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Peugeot, Fiat, and Opel in Greece.
• Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and streamline support workflow.
