Next Job Abroad in Greece is seeking fluent Dutch speakers for a Customer & Technical Advisor role supporting Miele, the premium smart appliance brand.

You will manage calls, chats, and emails across Europe, helping customers set up devices and troubleshoot issues with a focus on fast resolutions and high customer satisfaction. Relocation is provided to start your Mediterranean adventure.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1) and English (B2) for training and team comms.
• Good general PC skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, chats, and emails about premium appliances.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and help locate spare parts.
• Coordinate with field engineers for on-site visits.
• Cross-skill across customer care and technical support.
