Job summary

Axis Health System in Durango, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical supervision, deliver direct care, and collaborate on care plans for clients across programs. The role requires a master’s degree in a licensed mental health field and Colorado licensure eligibility (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LAC/CAC III or PhD).

A minimum of five years post-graduate clinical experience and two years of supervisory leadership are needed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a recognized mental health profession and licensed or license eligible in Colorado as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, CAC III or PhD.
Minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Two years supervisory experience required.
LAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality clinical supervision to all assigned clinical staff.
Provide direct clinical care and participate as a member of the program team to design and implement individual care plans for program clients.
Utilize a variety of treatment approaches and coordinate cases for diverse client populations.
Offer expertise for center policy and programming; act with independence while aligning with Axis Health System policies and priorities.
