Axis Health System in Durango, CO seeks a Therapist to design and implement individual care plans for program patients, with experience in adult or child/adolescent therapy and evidence-based mental health or substance use treatment.

Bachelor's degree required; Colorado licensure eligible or licensed LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PsyD preferred; minimum two years of mental health experience. This is a full-time, day-shift role with travel up to 25%.
