Hot Section Engineering (HSE) at Pratt & Whitney (a division of RTX) is looking for a motivated, ambitious professional to join the Hot Section Durability organization at our East Hartford, CT location. The Durability Discipline focuses on advanced cooling designs, aerodynamics, heat transfer, life‑limit factors, coatings, high‑temperature aerospace alloys, and manufacturing. The role involves evaluating fielded performance of Hot Section products in commercial and military engines via fleet‑wide statistical analysis to produce robust predictions and actionable insights for business decisions.
Position Type: Onsite. Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD. This role requires a U.S. Person. RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted.
