The Durability Discipline focuses on advanced cooling designs, aerodynamics, heat transfer, lifing, coatings, high‑temperature aerospace alloys, and manufacturing. The candidate will evaluate fielded performance of Hot Section products in commercial and military engines via fleet‑wide statistical analysis, leveraging technical acumen, curiosity and attention to detail to produce robust predictions and actionable insights to drive business decisions.
