Job summary

Goken America, based in Dublin, Ohio, seeks an experienced CAE Engineer to support durability and fatigue analysis for suspension components. You will use Hypermesh, Abaqus, and Hyperworks to preprocess, analyze, and validate results, and travel to client sites as needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering and 3–5 years (or 1+ year for a Master's) of relevant CAE experience with Hypermesh, Abaqus, nCode, and FEMFAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with CAE tools Hypermesh and Abaqus.
• Experience with durability and fatigue analysis.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Hypermesh and Ansa for preprocessing tasks and meshing.
• Perform dynamic/static, linear/nonlinear analyses using Abaqus.
• Interpret data and report countermeasures using Hyperworks post processing.
• Optimize analyses and correlate to real-world test results.
• Communicate milestones and issues within and outside the group.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems independently.
• Improve products and processes using best practices and domain knowledge.
• Create and update project schedules in Excel.
• Travel to client site required.
