Goken America, headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, is seeking a CAE Engineer to support durability and fatigue analysis for suspension components. This role involves using HyperMesh, Abaqus, and HyperWorks for preprocessing, simulation, and post-processing.

Candidates should have a mechanical engineering degree and 3–5 years of experience (or a master's with 1+ year), with hands-on CAE experience in durability, fatigue, nCode or FEMFAT, and the ability to correlate analyses with test data.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3–5 years relevant exp. or Master's degree in Engineering with 1+ years relevant experience.
• Education with Mechanical, Mechanical Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing specialties preferred.
• Experience with CAE tools HyperMesh and Abaqus is required.
• Experience with nCode or FEMFAT is required.
• Experience with durability and fatigue analysis is required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for dynamic and/or static, linear and/or nonlinear analysis utilizing CAE tool (Abaqus).
• Interpret data, develop, and report countermeasures using HyperWorks for post processing.
• Must be able to optimize and correlate analyses with real world test results.
• Communicates effectively within the group about milestones and issues, and outside the group to accomplish goals.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems independently or with minimal guidance.
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve product and/or processes.
• Utilizes Excel to create and update project schedules.
• Travel to client site required.

Summary

This role will support CAE development activities for durability/fatigue analysis of Suspension components

Responsibilities

• Utilize Hypermesh and Ansa for preprocessing tasks and meshing.
• Responsible for dynamic and/or static, linear and/or nonlinear analysis utilizing CAE tool (Abaqus)

• Education with the following specialties preferred: Mechanical, Mechanical Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing
• Experience with CAE tools Hypermesh and Abaqus is required
• Experience with nCode or FEMFAT is required
• Experience with or strong knowledge of durability and fatigue analysis is required
