Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience in Bristol, TN. Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.

• Must be 21+ years old
• Desired, but not required 2+ years in a food service/retail environment
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts
• Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis
