ESS Dumpster Rentals in Chaska, MN is seeking a full-time Roll-Off Dumpster Driver who is safety-conscious and customer-focused to join our waste-management team.

You will operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up dumpsters at various sites, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure DOT compliance. Valid CDL-B is required (CDL-A preferred); a clean MVR, ability to pass drug screen and background check, and strong safety ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-B license required; CDL-A preferred.
• Proven experience operating heavy commercial vehicles, preferably roll-off trucks.
• Clean driving record (MVR) free of major infractions for past 5 years.
• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting and maneuvering containers.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced and safety-conscious commercial driver looking for a rewarding, full-time opportunity? ESS Dumpster Rentals, a leading provider of waste management solutions in Minnesota, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Roll-Off Dumpster Driver to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, benefit-earning position with competitive pay and excellent company-supplemented benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a roll-off truck to safely and efficiently deliver, position, and pick up dumpsters (containers) at customer locations (residential, commercial, and construction sites).
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and document findings accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations (DOT).
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper logs as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and retrieval operations, ensuring containers are placed in designated areas.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding scheduling, route changes, and any service issues.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-B) is required, (CDL-A) preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Hiring Range

• $28.00 - $33.00 per hour (Based on experience)
