Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production preferred but not required.
• Strong manual dexterity for hand-folding dumplings and bao.
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes precisely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, fillings, and components following standardized recipes.
• Hand-fold dumplings and soup dumplings to meet quality standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor ingredient quality and finished products during production.
• Follow food safety protocols, including labeling and storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages as needed.
• Support team during peak production and training sessions.
