Lakeside Foods Inc. is hiring a Dumper Attendant at our Manitowoc Packaging Center. You will be responsible for dumping product onto the line, ensuring steady flow, and coordinating with forklift drivers to keep production moving smoothly.

We value a safety-minded, reliable team member who can handle basic math, climb a ladder, and lift up to 30 lbs while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Dump product onto the line for packaging.
• Ensure a steady flow of product.
• Chop frozen product when necessary to ensure constant flow of product.
• Communicate with Forklift Drivers to ensure availability of product to run line, as well as having empty totes removed.
• Communicate with Machine Operators to maintain desired flow of product or changes in production codes.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to lift and/or move a bar weighing up to 30 lbs. and to be able to chop frozen vegetables.
