You'll work with pre-qualified homeowner appointments, build trust, inspect concerns, design solutions, and guide homeowners to decisions using our proven process. Typical first-year earnings are $80,000, with top performers earning $150,000+ annually.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments throughout the Eden Prairie and surrounding areas.
• Build trust quickly and create an exceptional customer experience.
• Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, basements, and concrete surfaces.
• Identify concerns and explain solutions in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Design customized repair solutions using our proven systems.
• Prepare proposals using company technology and guide homeowners through the decision-making process.
• Represent DBS Residential Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
