Responsibilities

• Observe client intakes, enrollments, assessments, and group counseling under supervision.
• Assist counseling and administrative staff in supporting clients through DUI program requirements.
• Learn Title 9 and Title 22 DUI program requirements and documentation standards.
• Support QA activities and maintain client records.
• Provide front-office support and answer calls as assigned.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; maintain HIPAA compliance.
