Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of title research experience and county records review.
• AAPL membership is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Experience reviewing the work of other landmen and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with management and clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Experience analyzing title opinions and researching county records to track leasehold ownership.
