Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling business transactions, including formations, governance, acquisitions and sales of businesses.
• Experience with private equity and M&A transactions is highly preferred.
• Analyze legal risks, structure and negotiate transactions, review and draft agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on gift and asset-related matters.
