• Extensive experience handling business transactions, including formations, governance matters, acquisitions, and sales of businesses.
• Experience with private equity and M&A transactions is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze legal risks, structure and negotiate transactions, and draft agreements with internal stakeholders.
