Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling business transactions including formations, governance, acquisitions and sales of businesses.
• Experience with private equity and M&A transactions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal risks in transactions and structures.
• Structure and negotiate transactions with internal stakeholders.
• Review and draft agreements for complex gift and asset-related matters.
