You will handle sophisticated transactions involving closely held interests, real estate, and other complex assets, providing risk analysis and structuring advice.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with business formations, governance matters, acquisitions, and sales, with a preference for private equity and M&A work.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling business transactions, including formations and governance.
• Experience with private equity and M&A transactions is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze legal risks, draft agreements, and negotiate favorable terms.
