Job Overview:

The Due Diligence Analyst will play an integral role in developing and delivering product information to Lord Abbett’s clients and prospects, and to third party consultants. This position requires outstanding teamwork and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on the ability to work closely with multiple departments throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop a working knowledge of capital markets, Lord Abbett’s investment products, and the inner workings of the asset management business.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Manage production of Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) responses from intake to delivery, including information gathering, formatting, customization, collaboration with stakeholders, collection of supplemental materials, and packaging/delivery of final proposal
  • Maintain and author relevant and up-to-date product language used to respond to client inquiries
  • Partner with other teams throughout the organization to provide consistent messaging to current clients and distribution partners
  • Develop the deep understanding of Lord Abbett and its investment products

You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure & ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
  • A record of academic success and interest in financial markets
  • Strong sense of ownership/accountability
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter; proactive approach to work assignments
  • Prior experience working with RFP software (Qvidien, RFP Machine, RocketDocs) preferred
  • Experience with online portals (DOOR, Dasseti, Due Diligence Vault, etc.) a plus

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
