Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication with shop and field personnel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records and schedules.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or similar.
• Experience operating or coordinating forklifts or material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly delivery requirements for fabricated HVAC ductwork and sheet metal.
• Review project schedules and fabrication priorities to anticipate delivery needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and shop personnel on fabrication and delivery.
• Coordinate delivery sequencing to align with installation schedules.
• Monitor material status and communicate potential delays before impact to field.
• Coordinate with drivers and transportation to schedule deliveries.
• Ensure loads are complete and organized prior to departure.
