We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Regional Account Manager (RAM) to oversee sales and operations for York Residential and Light Commercial products. This role combines sales, technical support, and account management, making the RAM the primary point of contact for all aspects of the business within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a product champion for York Residential and Light Commercial systems, manage day-to-day transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and foster long-term partnerships with distributors and contractors. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, driving sales growth, managing sell-in and sell-out performance, acting as the sole representative for distributor and contractor interactions, coordinating across sales, operations, technical support, and service functions, building strong relationships, serving as the product expert, providing sales support and training, overseeing daily transactions, ensuring stock levels, monitoring order accuracy and delivery schedules, conducting training sessions, assisting in onboarding new contractors, representing the company at trade shows and events, maintaining sales pipeline and market feedback. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of sales or account management experience in HVAC or related industries with preference for HVAC Distributor expertise, comprehensive knowledge of Unitary HVAC products, excellent problem-solving skills, proven track record managing multiple responsibilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel approximately 50%.
