Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking an HVAC Duct Install Apprentice to join our Dallas–Fort Worth area team. You’ll work with lead installers on residential duct projects, using basic tools and following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a general construction field.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with residential duct work: Gather components, parts, and tools to complete the installation following all quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Work with the lead installer to complete projects from start to finish paying close attention to details.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Customer interaction: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Safety and compliance: Follow all safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
