Genesis10 is seeking a Duck Creek Analyst for a Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire with a major insurance company in Milwaukee, WI; Rolling Meadows, IL; or Naperville, IL. Hybrid schedule with potential for remote work.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $145,000 per year, based on qualifications. The role collaborates with IT leads to plan and define new tech solutions and to enhance existing ones, focusing on Duck Creek Policy and Insights in a P&C insurance context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years IT exp, or 7+ years exp in lieu
• Experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering
• Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, or analyzing Duck Creek Policy
• Experience with Duck Creek Insights and downstream reporting
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance data structures
• Experience interpreting XML-based policy data and mapping fields downstream
• Experience analyzing impact of data changes on downstream reporting
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional specs, source-to-target mappings, and user stories
• Profile, validate, and analyze data by writing SQL queries
• Interpret Duck Creek Policy XML data structures and map policy data to staging tables
• Analyze impact of Duck Creek Policy changes on downstream data and reporting
• Partner with developers and data engineers to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, present findings, and produce documentation
• Support data quality, governance, reporting, and data issue analysis
