AJNA INFOTECH is seeking a Duck Creek Policy Business Analyst for a Milwaukee, WI project. This contract role focuses on delivering Duck Creek Policy implementations across Personal Lines, requiring strong BA skills and P&C domain experience.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, participate in sprint planning, UAT, and production support, and collaborate with developers, QA, and third-party integrations to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Duck Creek Policy implementations across Personal Lines.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirement documents.
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek modules including Rating Forms Pages and Underwriting workflows.
• Experience of writing internal and 3rd party integration requirements and understanding of APIs.
• Participate in sprint planning, UAT and production support activities including high severity defect resolution.

• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of Duck Creek solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing Duck Creek implementations.
• Support integration efforts with third party systems and downstream applications.
