Job summary

Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. seeks a Technical Specialist to design, configure, and extend the Duck Creek platform for Policy, Billing, and Claims workflows in a hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH or Dallas, TX.

You will partner with product, QA, and integration teams to implement rules, forms, transactions, and APIs, driving compliant, scalable insurance products and reliable enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.
• 5+ years experience coding in C#/.NET Core, REST APIs, and application deployment.
• 5+ years implementing/ extending enterprise platforms or policy administration systems.
• Experience with API-first, modern integration architectures and cloud/SaaS delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Configure insurance product models using platform tools to meet regulatory requirements.
• Build and customize transactional behaviors for policy lifecycle events.
• Develop, test, and optimize underwriting rules and pricing calculations.
• Design and generate policy documents using template-driven technologies.
• Design and implement integrations between core platform and external systems via APIs.
