Next Level Solutions is seeking a Duck Creek Developer II – Billing to join our Duck Technology Development Team. You’ll apply your Duck Creek Billing expertise to build and support custom Billing configurations, Integrations, and related data flows while collaborating with Analysts, Developers, and Project Leaders.

This role offers a remote-ready path with the option to work from Springfield, MO; San Juan, Puerto Rico; or Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and a clear path toward Senior Developer through

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry experience or equivalent training.
• At least 3 years with Duck Creek Billing or related product lines.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Duck Creek Billing Product and components.
• Experience with ManuScript, SQL, APIs, C#, and Duck Creek Toolsets.
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and multiple Duck Creek versions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver high-quality work.
• Develop customized Duck Creek Billing solutions through ManuScript configuration and integrations.
• Apply knowledge of Duck Creek Billing Product (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, Billing, Billing Integration).
• Develop and optimize SQL-based queries for Billing development and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior team members and review code for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate across Agile teams throughout the SDLC and support continuous improvement.
