Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for Duchess with responsibility for end-to-end operations at our Worthington location. You will lead staffing, inventory, scheduling, and customer experience to uphold our community-first mission.

You will recruit and coach team members, maintain a safe, welcoming environment, and build strong vendor/customer relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and commitment to service

• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
