Job summary

Duchess is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance, while upholding our service standards. The role emphasizes hiring and developing a strong team and fostering a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.

• Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.

What You’ll Do

Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
