Englefield Retail in Ohio is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, from staffing and inventory to financial performance. You will hire and develop a high‑performing team that reflects our values and commitment to service.

You’ll maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, build strong relationships with vendors and customers, monitor KPIs, and implement growth strategies. ServeSafe certification is required or willingness to obtain it; the company offers weekly

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience – 2+ years in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership – natural coach who motivates teams and leads by example.
• Operational know-how – inventory, scheduling, cash handling, vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset – quick on your feet and solution-oriented.
• Tech comfort – familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
