Duchess is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, lead a high-performing team, and foster a welcoming environment. You will manage staffing, inventory, financial performance, and vendor relationships, all while upholding our community-first service standards.

As a natural coach with 2+ years of management experience in retail or food service, you’ll drive growth, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and commitment to service

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to drive growth

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food service regulations
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

What We’re Looking For

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
• Leadership – A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example
• Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations
• Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
