Job summary

Imperial Dade is hiring for a Dual Warehouse and Delivery Driver role in Corpus Christi, TX. This DAY shift position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm or until daily work is completed, operating a 26' box truck with air brakes.

You will transport materials, log activities, inspect vehicles, and assist with warehouse tasks. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year delivery and warehouse experience, and DOT medical clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of delivery driver experience.
• Must pass a DOT medical exam.
• 1 year warehouse experience.
• 1 year electric pallet jack experience.
• 1 year of lift gate experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26' box truck with air brakes.
• Track and document activity log.
• Report issues to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after trips.
• Review incoming material orders/pick tickets.
• Locate materials on warehouse shelves.
• Place materials on an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift.
• Deliver items to the loading area.
• Unload trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a DAY shift position, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You Will

• Safely operate a 26' box truck with air brakes
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after trips
• Review incoming material orders/pick tickets
• Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
• Place materials on an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift
• Deliver items to the loading area
• Unload trucks
• Other duties as assigned

You Have

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
• 1 year of recent Delivery Driver experience, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• 1 year minimum of warehouse experience
• 1 year minimum of electric pallet jack experience
• 1 year of lift gate experience
• Forklift/Order Picker experience is a plus
