Nudy's Cafe is a family-owned business with 15 locations. We are seeking a Dual Unit General Manager to oversee operations at two locations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, maximize sales, ensure smooth functioning, and uphold standards.
  2. Customer Experience: Respond to customer concerns and deliver a high-quality experience.
  3. Inventory & Supply Management: Oversee inventory, maintain quality, and ensure proper documentation.
  4. Staffing & Leadership: Hire, train, coach staff, manage schedules, and conduct performance reviews.
  5. Cleanliness & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant management
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  • SERV Safe Certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Open availability for scheduling
