Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Scrum Master to support two Voice and Chat delivery teams in Draper, UT. You will ensure sprint execution stays on track by coordinating planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while partnering with Product Owners on clear backlogs and acceptance criteria.

You will coach teams on Agile best practices, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for technical product teams.
• Hands-on sprint and backlog management with Jira/Aha!/Azure DevOps.
• Strong facilitation skills for productive Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to track and report Agile performance metrics clearly.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in multi-team settings.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to surface risks early and keep work moving in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sprint coordination for two product teams from planning to completion.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to keep prioritized backlogs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify blockers and drive timely resolution to protect sprint commitments.
• Monitor delivery metrics like velocity, flow, cycle time and quality.
• Capture retrospective actions and ensure closure for continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and promote transparency and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate sprint data in Agile tools for stakeholders.
