JCPenney Portraits in Wellington, FL is seeking a full-time Dual Studio Manager to lead two portrait studios in a host environment. You will oversee daily operations, guide staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences from photography through delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.

Job Description

• The Dual Studio Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of two portrait studios in a host environment. As a Studio Manager, you will
• Provideremarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction)

Pay Rate:$23.00
