Job summary

JCPenney Portraits is seeking a full-time Dual Studio Manager to lead two portrait studios within a host environment. You will oversee daily operations and coach staff to deliver exceptional photography and sales experiences.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, staff development, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position supports a dynamic, family-oriented retail setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel)
