Lifetouch is seeking a dedicated Studio Manager to lead a portrait studio within a host environment and drive day-to-day operations and staff performance. You will oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes team development, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective leadership and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied schedules including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…)

The Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2+ years previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel)

Pay Rate: $21.00/Hour
