Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.
• Dual-site leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Lead scheduling operations and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain high patient service standards.
• Coordinate with finance to track expenses and ensure budget adherence.
