ConvenientMD is seeking a Practice Manager for our Waterville, ME urgent care clinic to drive daily operations and help shape long-term strategy. You’ll oversee scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and quality standards while partnering with Medical Leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of healthcare administration, strong people management, and proficiency in healthcare data analysis and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical practice management or healthcare administration.
• Experience with budgeting and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and staffing.
• Coordinate with finance on expenses and budget adherence.
• Support two sites when needed and cross-cover PTO.
