Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Practice Manager for our Waterville, ME urgent care and Advanced Primary Care site. You’ll drive daily operations, staffing, and budget alignment while collaborating with Regional Leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes people leadership, cross-site coordination, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Ideal candidates will have healthcare administration experience, strong communication, and a data-driven mindset to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.
• Dual-site leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and enthusiasm.
• Effective written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic coding, and medical terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including SharePoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations and patient care.
• Lead scheduling operations to ensure optimal resource use.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain service standards.
• Enforce clinic policies for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with finance to track expenses and budgets.
• Manage staffing, inventory, and workflows across two sites.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with Regional Leadership.
