Job summary

DuPont™ Spectrum™ is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHS activities at the Pittsfield, MA and Glens Falls, NY sites. The role supervises safety, industrial hygiene and environmental programs and collaborates with site leadership, Health Services, and regional EHS teams.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a United States citizen.
• At least 8-10 years of site operations-related experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• BS in a basic science or technical degree in EHS management, or relevant work experience in EH&S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EHS representative on the management teams for both sites.
• Manage all site permits to ensure continuous license to operate.
• Manage submittal of all permit and regulatory required agency reports.
• Analyze EH&S performance and develop strategic improvement plans.
• Lead integration and compliance projects with local/state/federal regulations.
• Provide EHS guidance to drive a Commitment to Zero incident culture.
• Oversee industrial hygiene programs including occupational monitoring.
• Develop internal audit plans and feedback gaps to drive improvement.
• Travel <10% for training and meetings.
