Responsibilities include hiring and developing a high-performing team, managing food costs and labor, and maintaining HACCP and safety standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive culinary experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of breakfast production and evening lounge menus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and food-cost management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations for breakfast and lounge services.
• Maintain recipes, portions, presentation, taste, and timeliness across meal periods.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
