Peachtree Group in Dallas is seeking a professional Line Cook to join the opening team at AC Hotel | Uptown Dallas, TX. You will support the kitchen with prep, station setup, and execution of recipes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, detail-oriented, and willing to train. This part-time evening role offers flexibility across shifts, opportunities to grow, and a collaborative team culture at a hospitality-forward property.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook, prep cook, or professional kitchen experience preferred; however, we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and a passion for food.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food-safety practices preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards consistently.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
