Job summary

Graphik, part of Speedy CPS, in Lindon, UT, seeks an experienced sign fabrication and installation specialist. The role mixes fabrication duties with sign installation across Utah, with potential overnight travel. Hourly wage ranges $25-$32. Onsite work arrangement.

Candidates must have proven sign fabrication and installation experience, be a team player, and able to resolve production bottlenecks. CNC experience is a plus. We value reliability, safety, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign fabrication and installation is required.
• Ability to travel for installations (overnight/multi-day) as needed.
• Coordinate with sales team, manager and clients to ensure installations meet specs and timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production workflows and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations such as trimming, mounting, and laminating to prepare prints for installation.
• Install signs throughout Utah with occasional overnight travel.
• Coordinate with sales team, center manager and clients to meet specifications and timelines.
• Manage on-site installation challenges with cost-effective problem-solving and professionalism.
• Maintain and calibrate machines and equipment before/during production runs.
• Follow safety procedures and production schedules.
