Visibility Signs & Graphics is seeking a proactive Sign Installer in Utah. The role leads a 2-person install team, performs sign installations, and interfaces with customers. The candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Full-time with 40+ hours per week and regular OT. Training and development opportunities are offered, with potential for advancement and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a professional sign installer.
• Hands-on ingenuity and ability to work with a variety of hand tools.
• Experience with bucket trucks and man lifts is preferred.
• Knowledge of painting, welding, and sign making activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leader of a 2-man install team.
• Sign installation and service.
• Full-time availability (40+ hours/week); OT regularly.
• Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company trucks and tools.
• Accurately track electronic and paper records for jobs.
• Learn new technologies and techniques to improve as a sign installer.
• Sign production as needed.
