Job summary

Vitense Golfland in Madison, WI is hiring Servers for both Babes at Vitense Restaurant & Bar and the Golf Range. This role offers part-time or full-time positions with flexible day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and requires a commitment of at least 2 shifts per week.

You will deliver food and beverages, take orders with a handheld POS, upsell and provide excellent guest service in a lively, family-friendly environment, training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-7 hour shifts).
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong guest service skills.
• Server experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional sit-down table service with assigned sections.
• Take orders, run food and beverages, and manage multiple seated tables.
• Offer knowledgeable upsells and menu recommendations.
• Maintain clean, stocked dining areas, including table resets.
• Communicate closely with Hosts, Bartenders, Kitchen staff, and Managers on Duty.
• Work indoors or on the covered patio in a structured, predictable flow.
• Serve guests on the Golf Range using handheld POS and deliver to bays.
• Engage with guests to recommend food, drinks, and upsells.
• Assist guests with basic questions (training provided).
• Maintain bay cleanliness, bus tables, and restock service stations.
