Job summary

Sand Valley in Wisconsin is seeking a Server Assistant (Runner/Busser) to support the service team by keeping the dining room organized, welcoming, and flowing smoothly during each shift.

You will assist with beverage service, food delivery, table clearing and resetting, maintain clean stations, and communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff. Eligible candidates must be 16 or older and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service team by helping maintain an organized, welcoming dining room and smooth service during each shift.
• Assist with beverage service, food delivery, and table clearing.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables accurately and efficiently.
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables to support steady dining room flow.
• Replenish water and other non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, wait stations, and service areas.
• Stock and maintain server stations with glassware, utensils, linens, and other necessary supplies.
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen team members to support coordinated service.
• Remain attentive to guest needs and communicate questions or concerns to leadership when appropriate.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including end-of-day cleaning and resetting of dining areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards at all times.
• Support overall Food & Beverage operations by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
