Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions seeks educators to support Premier High School and Texas Works programs in Texas. You will deliver personalized instruction, utilize technology, and build strong relationships with students to help them graduate on time or early.

The role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues, adherence to policies, and commitment to serving as a positive role model for both high school and adult learners. Training through Capturing Kids Hearts is provided.

Qualifications

• Texas State Teacher's Certification in the subject to be taught.
• Bachelor’s degree with a passing score on an ExCET/TEXES Exam in the grade level or content area to be taught.
• Bachelor's degree with an academic minor or major (min 18 credit hours) in core subjects to be taught.
• Bachelor's degree and documented successful, relevant work experience in the content area, supported by a letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Master the Premier High School Curriculum System and adapt instruction for adult learners in Texas Works.
• Manage the classroom by setting clear expectations, routines, and promoting self-discipline with empathy.
• Inspire, praise, and correct students with consistency and care.
• Learn and implement teaching curriculum programs.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate with students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues at local and district levels for the benefit of students.
