• Collaborates with colleagues at local and district levels.
• Familiar with Premier High School Curriculum System.

Responsibilities

• Master the Premier High School Curriculum System and adapt instruction for adult learners in Texas Works.
• Set clear expectations and routines; promote self-discipline with empathy.
• Inspire, praise, and correct students with consistency and care.
• Learn and implement teaching curriculum programs.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate with students, parents and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues at local and district levels for student benefit.
• Administer tests, monitor performance, and provide intervention/enrichment.
• Tutor students individually or in groups.
• Perform assigned duties and special projects.
• Maintain professionalism through ongoing development and reflection.
• Adhere to all handbooks and procedures.
