Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Kansas City is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee operations on a designated shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and a memorable experience. You will monitor performance, enforce regulations and policies, and address coaching, recognition, or discipline as needed.

Additionally, you will safeguard game integrity and departmental assets while supporting staff development.

Job description

$26.00 hr when supervising. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Supervises the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift while placing special emphasis on guest service, enhancing the guest experience, and engaging in service recovery. Monitors employee performance, ensuring adherence to various regulations and Company policy; issues or recommends discipline or recognition and Total Return awards as appropriate. Perpetuates employee motivation utilizing positive recognition and corrective coaching. In addition, ensures game integrity and provides security of departmental assets.
